Key West is connected to the greater Miami area via a series of bridges on U.S. 1, and many spring breakers drive here. Key West has its own international airport. A more cost effective approach is to fly into Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport and take the Greyhound shuttle service.

Another option is to take the Key West Express Ferry Service from Miami or Fort Myers.
